We’re seeking a high-caliber Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing team of talented professionals. This rare opportunity has opened due to company growth. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented bookkeeping professional to join our dedicated team.
Role Overview :- General Bookkeeping / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Sales Profitability Auditing / Billing Discrepancy Analysis
- Processing Credits and Returns
- Interface with Vendors for New Accounts and Ongoing Maintenance
- Bank Deposits and activity
- Credit Card Batch Deposits and Reconciliation
- Inventory Adjustments
- Light General Office Management / Ordering Supplies
- Oversee & Maintain Filing Systems
- Working with CEO on long term projects
- Minimum 3–5 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping (required)
- Strong Quick Books Desktop proficiency (preferably Enterprise version)
- Ability to investigate any discrepancies and efficiently solve problems and draw conclusions.
- Fast typing and data entry (Min 60+ WPM)
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and professional integrity

- Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Credit Card Processor Panels – for batch payments, capturing authorizations and refunds
