Wiss is seeking a Commercial Lease Accountant to join our team in Middlesex County, NJ. You will manage lease accounting, tenant billing and monthly financial reporting for newly developed and transitioning properties.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, 3–6+ years in accounting (real estate preferred), experience with lease accounting and CAM reconciliations, ASC 842 knowledge, and proficiency in Yardi/MRI/SAP and Excel. Competitive compensation: $80,000–$90,000.
