Job DescriptionProvides a variety of complex administrative functions for department leaders supporting the primary assigned division and floating to other divisions as required. Is a good critical thinker and can make independent judgments regarding administrative issues. Serves as a resource for internal and external customers.
QualificationsWork requires a High School diploma or equivalent and two to three years of previous work related experience. Proficiency in MS Office required:
Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint. Bilingual preferred. Work requires communication skills needed to frequently answer telephone calls and work with multiple interruptions and still sustain positive communication.
