Administrative Assistant

Location: On-site - Cincinnati, OH 45202

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Length: 6 to 12 months (with potential for extension or hire)

Pay: $22.00 – $23.50/hr., W2

Position Overview

Randstad is seeking Administrative Assistants to join our national retail clients team in Cincinnati. In this role, you will provide critical clerical and administrative support to help our department meet its daily goals. From managing calendars to handling data entry and routine coordination, you will be the gears that keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Support:
    Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to team members to help achieve business objectives.
  • Calendar & Travel Management:
    Actively manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Gather, organize, and input data accurately, generating basic reports as required.
  • Documentation & Entry:
    Handle systems entry, contracts, forms, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Coordination:
    Serve as the primary point of coordination for routine communications, follow-ups, and information requests.
  • Problem Solving:
    Resolve basic operational issues (such as data discrepancies, item setup, or pricing inquiries) and escalate more complex issues when appropriate.
  • Special Projects:
    Assist with ad hoc projects, tasks, and special assignments to support overall team efficiency.
Basic

Qualifications & Skills
  • 6+ months of experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
