** Job Summary
** The Facilities Administrator is responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, managing contracts and insurance certificates, and maintaining SharePoint and contact lists. This role includes handling mail, managing office supplies, signing in contractors, and providing backup support for facilities. Additionally, the Facilities Administrator ensures the smooth operation of administrative tasks, performs filing duties, and occasionally handles light lifting.

* Managing contracts and insurance certificates
* Maintaining SharePoint and updating contact lists
* Handling mail pickup and review
* Managing office supply inventory and ordering via internal processes
* Signing in contractors through the visitor system
* Providing backup support for facilities and taking on additional responsibilities as needed
* Performing filing duties
* Conducting occasional light lifting
* Ensuring smooth operation of administrative tasks

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, are $45,000 - $50,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
