Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Verona

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $17.50 / hour based on a 40 hour work week. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance. This position is located at 701 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona, New Jersey 07044.

• Monday: 6:30am – 5:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Sunday: OFF

We are hiring now for immediate openings.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior – applicable to cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings; locate customer items for Lost & Found; verify registration.
• Check fluid levels, add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exterior of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and vacuuming or sweeping the lot and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted US driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

First‑time drivers and under 21 years old:
If you are a first‑time driver and under age 21, you must complete the mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements.

New Jersey's GDL program introduces driving privileges gradually to first‑time drivers and individuals under the age of 21.
