• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience (required)
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Volvo, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Diagnose and repair complex European automotive issues efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members on repair status and recommendations
• Stay current on European vehicle technologies, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques
• Follow all RSW safety procedures, QC standards, and shop guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
