Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining team safety.

Assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Responsibilities include directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; staging vehicle repair/maintenance work; driving sales initiatives; communicating directly with customers; assessing customer needs; providing information on repairs and maintenance; and striving to meet customer expectations.

To be eligible for the Automotive Assistant / Service Manager positions you must
1) be at least 18 years of age;
2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and
3) possess either one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
