Client Relationship Manager – Jewelry​/Fashion Production

Full-time | $60,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)

Sterlyn Silver Corp is a growing jewelry manufacturer that partners with leading fashion and lifestyle brands.

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to support our key brand accounts, manage day-to-day communication, and help move projects seamlessly from design through production.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about fashion or jewelry — someone who enjoys being the link between creative ideas and finished products.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate daily with brand clients and internal teams to track project progress.
• Coordinate with our design, CAD, and production teams overseas to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage timelines, sample approvals, and quality checks from start to finish.
• Support pricing, order tracking, and production updates for assigned accounts.
• Identify ways to strengthen partnerships and streamline the client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in account coordination, production, merchandising, or client service (fashion or jewelry preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with overseas vendor communication or production coordination.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude.
