Dental Operations Analyst

Job Description - We are looking for an ambitious & passionate Management graduate to work closely with the Onshore Senior Management, to develop Business functions across the organisation. Right candidate should be willing to foray into different aspects of Business & develop overall Business/Industry knowledge. Should be proficient in the English Language, should be able resolve issues & follow up on pending matters.

Educational Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

Experience Requirement: 1 Year In-Job Experience

• Develop and monitor productivity benchmarks using advanced dental practice management systems including Carestack, Paterson Eaglesoft, and Dentrix Ascend to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) such as provider productivity, patient retention, and profitability to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and implement strategic growth initiatives based on quantitative data analysis, financial modeling, and market trend assessments.
• Evaluate team and clinic performance through monthly performance audits, applying statistical tools and business intelligence software including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Revenuewell, Asana and Tableau, to identify improvement areas.
• Utilize integrated dental management platforms such as Carestack, Paterson Eaglesoft, and Dentrix Ascend to generate operational and financial reports, forecast patient volumes, and support strategic planning.
• Apply decision-making strategies using seasonal trend data to optimize resource allocation and maintain consistent clinical performance during low-volume periods.
• Oversee operations budget, financial forecasting, and reconciliation processes to ensure fiscal sustainability and compliance with long-term organizational objectives.
