We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Manager, Cross‑Category Analytics to lead performance integration and insights across key enterprise growth initiatives, including MA OTC, GLP‑1, Kids, and Women’s Health.
Position is based in Warren, NJ and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in‑office presence of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Lead integration of cross‑category performance across initiatives, ensuring consistency in KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting frameworks
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear, executive‑ready narratives that inform decision‑making
- Partner with category forecasting teams, cross‑category finance, and demand planning to align on assumptions, forecasts, and performance expectations
- Collaborate closely with US Strategy (Transformation Office / Project Forward) to embed cross‑category insights into enterprise planning and transformation initiatives
- Support development and consolidation of cross‑category forecasts in partnership with Cross‑Cat VP and Platform Leads
- Ensure alignment between actual performance tracking and forward‑looking forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
- Maintain best‑in‑class storytelling, reporting, and dashboarding for cross‑category performance
- Translate business questions into high‑impact analyses across initiatives
- Manage and develop an associate manager, providing coaching on analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, finance, or related fields
- Experience working with forecasting, financial planning, or demand planning processes
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and consumer panel data (e.g., Numerator)
- Demonstrated success operating in cross‑functional, matrixed environments
- MBA
- CPG or consumer health experience
- Proven record of commercial problem solving and change management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Management experience within a matrixed organization
Salary range: $142,282 – $195,637 USD annually + bonus.
