Duration: Temporary Assignment through February 2027

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak business periods as needed

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Administrator to support lease transaction processing and documentation management activities. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing lease-related documentation while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process lease transactions in accordance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Analyze and validate documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Issue purchase order approvals within assigned authorization levels.
  • Track required approvals and signatures based on established procedures.
  • Process non-complex lease program transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Verify pricing, equipment information, and program requirements.
  • Perform data entry and data validation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Reconcile lease transaction details and system data.
  • Assist with lease upgrades, buyouts, returns, and termination activities.
  • Support UCC filing processes and documentation requirements.
  • Process documentation related to funding and lease modifications.
  • Manage and prioritize an active workload while meeting service level expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, dealers, customers, and business partners.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer service focus.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in leasing, documentation processing, financial services, administration, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and questionable documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, or financial documentation.
  • Understanding of lease processing and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of UCC-1 and UCC-3 filing processes.
  • Background in financial services, banking, lending, leasing, or operations support.
