This position is a Hybrid role based out of Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas, New Jersey.

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor operational metrics and provide insights to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in project management activities, including tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare presentations and business reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and operational frameworks.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, operations management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, and operational planning.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580 to $122,400
