We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead product development from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, business, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver products that meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Create and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with engineering and UX/UI teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Define acceptance criteria and coordinate product testing and validation.
Manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback.
Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Communicate product strategy and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage product backlog and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Continuously collect user feedback and use insights to improve the product.
Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing
, or a related field.
Experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the software/product development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
Ability to translate customer/business requirements into actionable product requirements.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar product-management tools
.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
Experience with SaaS, cloud, AI, automation, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology products.
Familiarity with data analytics and product KPIs.
Technical background or understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture is a plus.
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
