This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Subcontractor located in Clifton, NJ. The Subcontractor will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction tasks, supervising and ensuring adherence to project specifications, and collaborating with the project team to achieve quality and timely completion. Duties include assessing job site safety, coordinating with vendors and contractors, estimating materials, managing equipment, and resolving on-site challenges efficiently while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
