Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager/estimator for decorative concrete company
- Bring projects on schedule and on budget; close new deals based on the leads provided.
- Work closely with potential customers, construction foreman, and company owner.
- Read plans, take off quantities, submit proposals, prepare contracts, create job schedules, order materials, and manage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously.
- Self-sufficient, organized, accountable, and communicate well.
- Coordinate work from start of construction to punch‑list and job completion.
- Position available immediately.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
- Pay based on skill level; benefits available.
