- Responsible for cleanliness of shop and service drive lane to help keep a safe work environment
- Assist Service advisors with processing of customers in service drive
- Retrieve customer vehicles when customer is picking up
- Assist service advisors with their daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Shuttle service customers when necessary
- Other small duties around service drive and shop
