Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Client Relations Coordinator to help strengthen client relationships, support new clients onboarding, and enhance the overall client experience. This role is essential to ensure that every client and family feels supported, heard, and valued. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a natural relationship‑builder, and a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced home care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, families, and referral partners.
  • Conduct intake calls, gather client information, and support the onboarding process.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls after caregiver placements (3–5 days and 2 weeks).
  • Support scheduling and caregiver coordination to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist with community outreach, including facility visits and events.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve client experience and service quality.
  • Support caregiver recruitment and onboarding during high‑volume periods.
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally for client visits, outreach, and occasional caregiver support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, customer service, or client relations preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare human services, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems is a plus.
