Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.42 Hourly

Position Overview

The Client Experience Representative role at Thibaut is crucial for maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The role revolves around managing and enhancing the overall client experience. Individuals in this role work collaboratively with other departments to achieve Thibaut’s customer service goals.

To excel in this role, individuals need strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualification Requirements and Job Functions
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required;
    Higher education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service/related role.
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills with the ability to provide prompt and polite service to customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft professional and concise emails.
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities to manage customer complaints and have the confidence to provide immediate resolution.
  • Must have the ability and knowledge to answer questions about products and services.
  • Must have the ability to process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.
  • Ability to sit, answer phones and respond to emails throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to fluently communicate in the English language.
  • Must possess a friendly demeanor that projects through a phone conversation.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in call center software highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm.
