Customer Service Representative

Part Time Hourly – $17.70 - $18.00 depending on qualifications and experience Must be at least 18 years and older

With general supervision, the Customer Service Representative upholds the foundation on which Stew Leonard's is built:
The Customer is Always Right! Customers receive assistance in a variety of areas of Stew Leonard's business when they stop at the customer service desk.

• Provide customers with prompt and courteous service in the following areas (may vary by location)
• Customer returns
• Catering
• Lotto
• Collecting and entering customer comments
• Adding app points
• Reacting to customer comment, when necessary, by ensuring customer is contacted
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Assist with Front End Supervisor
• Other duties, as assigned

• 1 to 3 years cashier experience, with excellent cash control
• Great communication skills, both written and oral
• Great customer service skills
• Good computer skills
• The ability to multi-task

• Requires frequent standing with occasional walking and lifting up to 30 pounds
• Requires occasional repetitive motion of arms and hands
