Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

About the Role We are looking for a talented and dedicated Receptionist to join our team during the night shift. If you are friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

• Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to guests at all times.
• Oversee smooth front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle phone calls and email inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Gather and review guest feedback to help identify areas of improvement.
• Support the training of new team members on guest service standards.
• Monitor and manage office supply inventory to ensure all essentials are fully stocked.

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality or related field is a plus).
• Prior experience in guest relations or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
