Clifton Endodontics is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist, for Tuesday and Wednesday, to be the welcoming face of our dental specialty practice in Clifton, NJ. • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and assist with billing and co-pay collection
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
• Handle patient correspondence, referral communications, and office administrative tasks

• Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare front desk role preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) a plus
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
