About The Role

The HVAC Technical Services Dedicated Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of our HVAC service team. This position is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that ensure our technicians are equipped with the latest industry standards and practices. The trainer will assess the current skill levels of team members and tailor training sessions to address specific gaps and improve overall performance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring technical staff.

• Experience in developing training materials and curricula.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Certification from a recognized HVAC training organization.

• Design and implement training programs focused on HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Conduct hands‑on training sessions and workshops to enhance practical skills among technicians.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to incorporate into training materials.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
