Substituting is rewarding. We would love for you to join our team.

Pay rate:

• Substitute Teacher -$160/daily
• Substitute Teacher Certified- $170/daily
• Substitute Paraprofessional -$19/hr

Minimum requirements:

• Substitute Teacher - 30 College Credits
• Substitute Paraprofessional – High School Diploma

Responsibilities:

• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees
• Assisting students on classroom topics/courses
• Building positive relationships
• Assigning or re-enforcing tasks and homework
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• Assist in building a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
• Adapt to the various learning styles of students
• For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lesson plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
