Right At School provides before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

We inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind.

$16.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience)

Monday through Friday 2:30 PM-6:00 PM

• Daily program meetings: review goals, share ideas, and encourage collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy by monitoring the environment, addressing hazards, and following protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Team player.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in‑person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma/GED required.
