Program Trainer

• Design and maintain the Fast Forward onboarding curriculum for Delta and Echo tracks
• Create structured learning paths covering Palantir Foundry fundamentals, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop applications, data integration and modeling, and role-specific workflows
• Develop instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced learning experiences, including labs, exercises, documentation, and learning guides
• Facilitate onboarding for Fast Forward cohorts through live instruction, workshops, office hours, and structured check-ins during the first 90 days
• Deliver technical upskilling programs for experienced Forward Deployment Engineers and Deployment Strategists
• Coach learners through hands‑on Foundry projects and practical implementation scenarios
• Adapt instruction to varying experience levels while maintaining competency standards
• Translate competency frameworks and career ladder expectations into measurable learning objectives
• Develop technical assessments and capstone projects simulating real client delivery work
• Define evaluation criteria supporting placement decisions and career progression
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, delivery managers, hiring managers, and Palantir subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and validate curriculum
• Evolve curriculum based on client implementations, product enhancements, and delivery‑team lessons learned
• Maintain documentation, learning materials, and technical standards across programs
• Perform other related duties as assigned and comply with company policies and attendance requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2–5 years of experience in technical enablement, training, instructional design, or technical education
• Hands‑on experience implementing or configuring Palantir Foundry in production environments
• Experience designing and delivering technical curriculum specifically for Palantir Foundry
• Experience facilitating onboarding or enablement programs for technical or client‑facing Foundry roles
• Demonstrated experience teaching Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop applications, data modeling, and Foundry development workflows
• Strong instructional design skills and experience building competency‑based learning programs
• Experience facilitating highly technical audiences and answering detailed implementation questions
• Deep understanding of Palantir Foundry, data pipelines, transformation workflows, Ontology design, Workshop applications, data integration, AI‑enabled delivery workflows, and technical solution implementation

Demonstrates expertise in designing and delivering technical curriculum for Palantir Foundry, including hands‑on experience with data integration, modeling, and implementation workflows. Capable of adapting instructional methods to various experience levels while maintaining high competency standards.
