2441 - MPD Supervisor

Performance Energy is recruiting an experienced MPD Supervisor to support offshore deepwater exploration projects across the Middle East and Asia. This opportunity is suited to professionals with extensive Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) experience who can lead offshore operations, supervise field personnel and ensure safe, efficient drilling performance on complex deepwater campaigns.

As an MPD Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading offshore Managed Pressure Drilling operations, ensuring all MPD equipment, personnel and procedures are executed safely and efficiently. You will work closely with drilling teams and client representatives to maintain operational excellence throughout the project.

• Supervise offshore Managed Pressure Drilling operations.
• Lead MPD personnel during mobilisation, rig-up, drilling operations and demobilisation.
• Ensure MPD equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
• Monitor well control and drilling parameters throughout operations.
• Maintain compliance with HSE procedures and operational standards.
• Coordinate with drilling teams, client representatives and offshore personnel.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges to minimise downtime.
• Complete operational reports and technical documentation.

• Supporting technically demanding drilling campaigns.

This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting offshore exploration campaigns across the Middle East and Asia. Candidates should be available to travel internationally and work a 4/4 rotation.

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven experience as an MPD Supervisor.
• Extensive offshore deepwater drilling experience.
• Strong knowledge of Managed Pressure Drilling equipment and operations.
• Experience leading offshore operational teams.

• Previous experience supporting international offshore drilling campaigns.
• Experience working with major global oilfield service companies.
• Experience supporting offshore exploration projects.

• Valid BOSIET.
• Valid offshore medical.
• All offshore certifications must be current and in date.
