Job Description
Senior Traffic Engineer
Qualifications- Minimum 10 years experience in Traffic Analysis and Traffic Signal Design and familiarity with NJDOT, NYCDOT, and PAYNYNJ standards.
- Certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is required.
- PE license in the state of NJ or NY is required or able to obtain within 12 months.
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Technical oversight of staff and projects
- Traffic Modelling and Analysis
- Traffic Signal Design Project Management
- Development of Technical Proposals
- Client relations
- Public Involvement
