Job Title: Staff Engineer - Site Civil
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 annually, DOE
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

We are seeking a motivated Staff Engineer (Site/Civil) with at least 2 years of related field experience to support a variety of site/civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering projects. This role offers hands‑on field work, exposure to design and project coordination, and strong opportunities for professional growth. EIT preferred.

• Perform field inspections, soil classification, sampling, and monitoring well oversight
• Conduct routine geotechnical and environmental testing
• Assist with design calculations, drafting guidance, and project deliverables
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and contribute to technical problem-solving
• Travel between 25–100% depending on project needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0–3 years of site/civil, geotechnical, or environmental experience
• EIT preferred; OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER a plus
• Experience with sitework inspection, foundations, utilities, and concrete/asphalt
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding field tasks
