Harris is seeking a new graduate to c oordinate and serve as primary interface between suppliers and L3
Harris operations, engineering, and customer team to ensure delivery of quality parts from suppliers. Lead investigation for causes of discrepancies and nonconformities, develop dispositions, and recommend corrective action plans. Monitor and drive supplier performance. Perform inspections, purchase requisition review, and supplier audits. Responsible for managing complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products.
Essential Functions:
Perform and evaluate root cause and corrective action analysis to correct product/process deficiencies, ensuring implementation with suppliers and effectiveness of actions.
Chair material/failure review boards, lead supplier assessments and audits
Inspect hardware at supplier and L3
Harris locations, review first article inspection and supplier end item data package reports and resolve any discrepanciesLead data review and artifact gathering for assessment of supplier performance trends
Familiar with IPC J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards
Up to 50% travel required
Ability to obtain a US security clearance required
Qualifications:
To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

9001/AS9100 audit experienceIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey state is $73,000 - $136,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
