In this role, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting customer sites, commissioning advanced automation systems, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and helping bring critical infrastructure projects to life. This is more than a traditional engineering role. You'll travel, solve problems in real time, work alongside experienced engineers, and see firsthand how your work helps deliver reliable power and clean water to communities across the country.
Through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-leading technologies including virtualization, simulation, and remote support platforms, you'll build the skills and experience needed to launch a rewarding engineering career.
- Support the installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced automation and control systems at customer sites
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions
- Learn industry-leading technologies through hands‑on field experience and mentorship from experienced engineers
- Assist with system testing, quality assurance activities, and performance evaluations
- Provide on-site and remote support during project implementation and system upgrades
- Participate in customer training sessions and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project execution
- Develop strong technical, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills through real‑world experience
- Contribute to the improvement of operational procedures, field documentation, and best practices
- Build a deep understanding of critical infrastructure systems that support power generation and water treatment operations

For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design principles, and problem‑solving methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for troubleshooting technical challenges
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% as required
