Loan Closing SpecialistRegular Full‑Time, Cape May Court House, Cape May Court House, NJ, US
Salary Range: $23.16 To $34.74 Hourly
Summary:
Responsible for preparation of residential and commercial loan documents as directed, and assists with the integrity of loan closings, due diligence, documentation, compliance, and processing of draws for existing construction loans. Responds to questions concerning all aspects of the residential, consumer, and commercial loans from various sources.
Education, Skills, and Experience
Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of similar experience.
- Good organizational, communications and public relations skills, particularly in working with documentation that requires special or confidential handling.
- The interpersonal skills to communicate effectively via telephone with employees and consumers.
- Ability to perform various mathematical computations.
- Strong understanding and comfort level in working with computers. Knowledge of the following programs:
Word, Excel, Access, Calyx, Abrigo/Sageworks, Laser Pro, OCC’s APR program, FNMA DU, Fiserv loan functions, and/or the ability to learn the programs fairly quickly and easily.
