Position Overview
The Princeton office of Reed Smith is seeking two Mid‑Level Associates to join its Real Estate Finance Team. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of sophisticated transactional finance experience (either real estate finance or corporate finance) representing lenders, and experience drafting loan documentation on behalf of lenders. Candidates should also be well‑versed in preparing and reviewing customary due diligence—including title insurance, surveys, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documentation.
Candidates must be an active member of the New Jersey bar.
Salary range: $235,000 – $365,000. The total compensation package includes a competitive salary, flexible benefits program, tuition assistance, and a generous 401(k) plan.
