Position Overview
This entry level CRE Portfolio Management position is designed to provide knowledge, experience, and skills in handling all aspects of Portfolio Management under the guidance of a PM Team Leader and senior Portfolio Managers. The focus is on supporting senior PMs with direct portfolio management and assigned departmental functions. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive financial reviews of both individuals and project economics and valuations, guarantor analysis, market analysis, and risk rating recommendations.
The role covers CRE construction loans and CRE permanent mortgages.
- Monitor covenant compliance of the CRE portfolio.
- Prepare initial financial review of borrower financials.
- Prepare annual reviews of existing loans to assess credit quality and covenant compliance.
- Perform property inspections.
- Assist multiple Senior PMs with portfolio monitoring and management.
- Prepare detailed Excel group exposure charts.
- Prepare semi‑annual construction reviews.
- Develop detailed property descriptions and market analysis.
- Analyze financial statements.
- Conduct project economics, income and expense analysis, tenant analysis, and property valuations.
- Analyze borrower and guarantor information.
- Assess lending risks, identify offsetting mitigations, and summarize recommendations.
- Complete special projects as directed by the CRE Portfolio Manager Team Leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 0–1 year of related experience in the financial industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work is primarily performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate and may also involve travel to customers and property locations.

- Occasional bending or overhead lifting.
- Hazards are primarily those present in a normal office setting.

$61,600 – $88,000 annually
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
