Fund Accounting & Administration, Senior Vice President

For our client, we are seeking a Fund Accounting & Administration Senior Vice President to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation.

The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location:

Clifton, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,000 – $337,500 annually

• Design and execute transformation programs for service excellence
• Cultivate a unified operating model and service offering for loan utilities
• Oversee complex daily operations and vendor governance
• Optimize operating model by collaborating with global partners
• Assist in client negotiations to establish service levels and expectations
• Work with IT for development and maintenance of technology solutions
• Act as primary contact for operational issues and business opportunities
• Manage teams to exceed performance goals and promote diversity

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (accounting strongly preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial services operations
• Strong management experience with complex clients
• MBA and/or CPA preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Bank Loan asset class and its dependencies
