Digital Channel Manager – Ultra High Net Worth

• Direct and initiate Digital Wealth Management initiatives, channel strategy, and research projects
• Lead teams working with business partners to create strategies for Advisor and Client advice solutions, including financial planning, client reporting, and portfolio analysis
• Act as architect for one or more platform development projects
• Leverage technical acumen to help design and/or implement systems and user acceptance tests
• Participate directly in the largest and/or most complex projects and initiatives
• Hire, manage, train, and develop associates
• Drive Responsible Growth and deliver for clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders

• 5+ years of experience related to wealth management business and financial services industry
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team oriented with ability work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms
• Strong relationship building skills
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
• Desired:
  Prior experience supporting an Enterprise digital platform

  Basic knowledge of the Agile software development process
