Relationship Banker, Bilingual Spanish

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, ATM, and other self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
• Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• Bilingual Spanish required
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
• Must be able to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective and confident communication skills
• Six months of cash handling experience (desired)
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired)
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions (desired)
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance (desired)

Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively managing cash transactions and adhering to financial regulations. Proficient in understanding clients' financial needs and connecting them to appropriate solutions.
