Program Development Specialist Aging
Full-Time (35 hours per week with an excellent benefit package)
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Under direction, participate in the planning, development, promotion, and implementation of programs to meet the social service needs of the elderly. Perform other duties within the Division of Aging and Disability Services as needed.
Experience evaluating project proposals for grant funds to determine compliance with federal, state, and/or local requirements and project feasibility.

- Resident of Cape May County
- Bachelor’s Degree and one year of relevant experience
- Ability to evaluate community resources
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with community groups and agencies
- Ability to conduct research and collect and analyze data
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
