Sunday to Thursday:
Sunday: 4pm-12:30am and Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pm. You will be training Monday to Friday, but will eventually transition to Sunday to Thursday.

$30 – $40/hr. on W2. (OT after 40 hrs.)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join a dynamic clinical laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory testing, analyzing specimens, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results in a high-quality environment.

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on patient specimens
• Handle specimen processing, analysis, and result reporting
• Review and validate test results for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards
• Follow all laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements (CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or elevate when needed
• Document all testing activities, maintenance, and corrective actions
• Communicate critical or abnormal results to appropriate personnel
• Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Experience in high-complexity testing environments is a plus
• Familiarity with laboratory systems and multiple testing platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• OR Associate degree in Laboratory Science with relevant experience
• Certification (or eligibility) from recognized organizations such as ASCP or AMT preferred
