We’re seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one, in-home care throughout Union
County
. You choose the visits that work for you—no minimums, no pressure.

• Per diem hours you control — 0-4 hours per week

• One-on-one patient care with no double-booking

• Manageable caseloads close to home

• Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
