Join our team as an IT Support Specialist in Clifton, NJ, where you'll provide essential technical support for a range of systems and equipment.

Pay Range: $19.60-$28.00 Per HR
- Collaborate with leadership to meet business needs related to hardware and software.
- Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects efficiently.
- Visit sites to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment and software.
- Maintain knowledge of supported systems and participate in education programs.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of PCs, printers, and network operations.
- Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
