Job Overview:
The Social Media & Content Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing efforts by creating, posting, and managing digital content across multiple platforms. This role focuses on capturing real‑time onsite content, producing short‑form videos, and strengthening the online presence of our technology brands. The position requires strong creativity, video editing ability, and effective coordination with leadership and sales teams to ensure consistent, engaging, and on‑brand messaging.
Responsibilities:Content Creation & Video
- Capture onsite videos in Clifton and at local client locations (project coverage, team content, announcements, BTS footage, etc.).
- Edit and produce short‑form videos for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, You Tube Shorts, and Linked In.
- Maintain a content library of photos, raw footage, and clips.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts across all company social platforms.
- Write captions, hashtags, and branded content.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow our audience.
- Research trending audio, formats, and content ideas.
- Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM tasks.
- Support sales with marketing collateral, graphics, and digital assets.
- Update website pages (Word Press/Elementor—no coding).
- Help manage content calendars and campaign timelines.
- Experience with Word Press/Elementor
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Go High Level )
- Interest in tech, IT services, cybersecurity, AV/low‑voltage
- Photography experience
- Graphic design or branding skills
- Must be able to work onsite in Clifton, NJ regularly.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (internships count).
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In.
- Ability to film and edit short‑form videos (Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and organization.
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar).
- Ability to travel occasionally to nearby locations for content capture.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high standards of professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse client needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Presents a highly polished, professional image, appearance and manner.
- Attends and participates in mandated yearly training programs and all required meetings.
- Must be able to manage time efficiently to achieve goals.
- Adheres to all Human Resources policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Responsible for proper care of all property, equipment, supplies and financial assets involved in the performance of the job.
- Performs other duties as required.
