IT Consultant
We are seeking a Wealth Management Consultant to design and implement business changes that drive industry‑specific transformation, focusing on people and process, and to partner with clients on high‑impact technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement business changes that drive industry‑specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.
- Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Manage dynamic technology consulting projects with heavy client engagement.
- Synthesize overall technology needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.
- Participate in workshops with key client stakeholders to document process/data flows and associated technology applications.
- Maintain an understanding of advancements in regulations, technology and innovations across your specialization and the broader financial services marketplace.
- Consult and partner with clients to help develop high‑performance solutions to advance their industry position in investment banking.
- Understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and deliver high‑impact technology initiatives.
- Support business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients.
- 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the wealth management industry (e.g., back and middle office operations, investment technology, compliance).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Private Markets, Distribution, and/or Wealth Technology & Platform Strategy is preferred.
- Capable of working independently with limited oversight.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous management consulting and business analysis experience a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly motivated individual.
- CPA and/or MBA a plus.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
Compensation varies based on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
