Automation & Informatics Consultant – Diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated resource for a specific Mega Lab customer
• Provide onsite system configuration support including pre-installation, installation, training, troubleshooting, and post implementation activities
• Work closely with onsite Siemens Healthineers management and personnel
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve software malfunctions
• Provide training to customer laboratory personnel on system operation, workflow, and configuration
• Participate in customer and internal meetings or conference calls

• BS in Computing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related experience
• Experience in Healthcare IT, security, and data privacy
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools
• 5+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required

Demonstrates expertise in Healthcare IT and system configuration, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and training for laboratory personnel. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management and technical teams.
