Senior ServiceNow Architect

Role Overview

As a discipline expert and technical leader, drives functional performance by designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions that enable and accelerate delivery of new or improved products and services. Acts as a technical leader at group, department, and cross-functional levels, responsible for managing Technology, Solution, and System architectures and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards.

Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture. Provides architectural leadership and design guidance for enterprise service management, Service Now, and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.

Strong Service Now technical background in enterprise systems and solution architecture, preferably in regulated environments. Experience designing and governing enterprise service management, Service Portal, Catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC solutions, and workflow automation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Science or Technology-related field
• 9 years of experience
• Strong Service Now technical background in enterprise systems and solution architecture
• Experience designing and governing enterprise service management, Service Portal, Catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC solutions, and workflow automation
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate solution options and design architectures that balance business needs and long-term sustainability
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience working in regulated environments with security and compliance considerations
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
