Boldyn Networks US Operations LLC seeks a Field Service Representative to manage IT infrastructure on campus, providing hardware support, imaging, and end-user training. You will respond to outages, manage service tickets, and coordinate with vendors for warranty work.
The role requires 1–3 years’ help desk experience, knowledge of Windows and Mac environments, and familiarity with cloud apps such as Office 365 and SharePoint Online. Travel to Austin for training is possible.
