SAP Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation and S/4

HANA transformation programs.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP implementation and delivery management experience
• 7+ years of experience leading SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs
• Experience with SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, IBP, and GRC
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, consumer products, or scientific industries
• Strong knowledge of regulated environments, including FDA, GxP, GMP, SOX, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11
• Experience managing global teams, budgets, resources, risks, and large-scale SAP programs
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive management experience
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, SAP Cloud Solutions, and Program & Portfolio Management
• PMP, SAP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, S/4
  
  HANA transformation, migration, and support programs
• Manage multiple work streams, budgets, schedules, resources, and risks
• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators
• Lead delivery governance, vendor management, and executive reporting
• Support testing, cutover, training, change management, and post-go-live stabilization
