- Role Description The Associate Program Manager is a full-time New Jersey (or NJ commuter) role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional initiatives related to Cranium AI’s platform and services.
As AI adoption expands, AI and machine-learning models are increasingly exposed to new classes of threats. Without visibility into the AI assets in use, or monitoring of key metrics and threat indicators, organizations cannot keep up. Advancing the state of AI is a collaborative process that takes unusually varied skills and perspectives — so we’ve built a multidisciplinary team to match.
Whatyou’ll do.
As an Associate Program Manager
, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating and executing programs that align with Cranium’s goals and strategic vision. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are organized, adaptable and eager to make an impact in a fast-growing field.
You will work cross-functionally across teams, assisting in managing projects, tracking progress and ensuring program deliverables are met. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in program management within the dynamic realm of AI security.
Drive our managed program offerings for platform clients — including working with client vendors to enable the creation and delivery of vendor AI Cards.
Assist in customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth implementation of our solution and driving initial customer success.
Work with the Customer Success team to support ongoing customer engagement, troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Collaborate with the Services team to support delivery projects, helping customers achieve their AI security and compliance goals.
Contribute to operational activities, keeping internal processes and customer engagements running smoothly.
Grow into delivering product demos and technical presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the capabilities of Cranium’s platform.
What we look for / What you’ll bring. Required0–5 years of experience in program management, operations or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smart Suite or similar) and familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset — eager to take initiative and drive results.
A passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in AI and cybersecurity.
Location:
New Jersey or NJ Commuter required
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field.
Experience with process improvement or documentation creation.
