Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Test Automation Architect to join their team. As a Test Automation Architect, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Develop and implement automation strategies and roadmaps to enhance testing efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks aligned with project requirements.
- Drive automation maturity assessments and recommend continuous improvements.
- Oversee automation plans, reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops processes.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in automation strategy development and framework design.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Dev Ops, and automation ROI metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of managing client relationships effectively. - Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions.
