• Assist in managing and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain, including warehouse operations, transportation management, and project management.
• Coordinate and oversee logistics transportation, analyze transportation efficiency, identify and implement improvement measures to reduce transportation costs.
• Participate in the planning and execution of supply chain projects, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and optimize supply chain processes.
• Track, assess, and report on warehouse and transportation performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints when necessary, providing professional advice and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, particularly in warehouse operations, transportation management, or project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset, able to effectively communicate and drive project progress with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant supply chain management software and tools, with proficiency in data processing software such as Excel.
• Project management experience is a plus.
